You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create a jhon77 account. Underage registration is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
All deposits and withdrawals at jhon77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through supported local banks — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon — and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All bonuses at jhon77 are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible game restrictions. Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting — results in permanent account suspension.
Each individual may register and maintain only one jhon77 account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will be suspended. The verified account will be retained; all others closed with balances forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jhon77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to protect your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately. jhon77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings.
Accounts are non-transferable and non-assignable. You may not sell, lend, or otherwise transfer your Account or Account Balance to any third party. jhon77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
jhon77 is committed to operating a safe and legally compliant platform. Identity verification is a mandatory step in the Player lifecycle and is required before any withdrawal may be authorized.

In addition to a primary identity document, jhon77 may request a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months to confirm your residential address.
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, jhon77 may request verification that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the registered Account holder. For bank transfers, this may include a screenshot of the originating bank account showing the account holder name matching the jhon77 Account registration details. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in your name will not be accepted and will be returned.
KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, Monday through Friday). During high-volume periods, this may extend to 48 hours. jhon77 will notify you by email once verification is approved or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is fully cleared.
Submitting false, edited, or fraudulent identity documents is a criminal offense under Indonesian law and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.
jhon77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals in IDR:
All payment methods must be registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Players who have reached VIP Silver tier or above may be eligible for higher transaction limits — please contact support for details specific to your Account.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your jhon77 Account Balance within 1–5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the banking network. jhon77 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or network congestion. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, you should contact our support team and provide your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a banking business day are generally processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on public holidays will be queued for the next available processing window. jhon77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 5.000.000, which may extend the processing time by up to 24 hours. All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Account holder's name.
All Account Balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on jhon77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jhon77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits received in a foreign currency will be declined and returned.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jhon77 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 per month to dormant Accounts with a positive Balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. No fee will be applied to Accounts with a zero Balance.
jhon77 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires a total bet turnover of Rp 1.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Bonuses must be wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused or unmet bonus amounts at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Account Balance automatically. jhon77 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their Account suspended pending investigation.

jhon77 applies maximum payout limits per single bet, per day, and per event. These limits vary by product type and are displayed within the betting interface. The platform reserves the right to cap winnings on any bet that, in its reasonable judgment, results from a software error, odds feed malfunction, or clearly erroneous price.
Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and market. The minimum single sports bet is Rp 1.000. The minimum slot bet is determined by the game provider and is displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for verifying bet amounts before confirming any wager.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jhon77 Platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jhon77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may request closure of your jhon77 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 banking business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering conditions remain outstanding.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified Terms breach, jhon77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned.
jhon77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jhon77 will notify registered Players via email at least 7 calendar days before the revised Terms take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.1.
